Terms of Service
Monti is a private, invitation-and-review network for private-capital professionals. By using Monti you agree to use it professionally and honestly.
Membership
Every account is reviewed before it can access the network. Monti may approve, decline, pause or revoke access at its discretion, including during the private beta.
Your profile
You're responsible for keeping your name, firm, title and other details accurate. Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent your role or authority to act for a firm.
Conduct
Introductions on Monti are mutual. Don't spam members, scrape the directory, share other members' details outside Monti, or use the network for unsolicited marketing.
No investment advice
Nothing on Monti — including posts, fundraises or data-room links shared by members — is an offer, solicitation or investment advice. Members are responsible for their own diligence and regulatory obligations.
Your account
Keep your password private. You can change it from Profile & privacy, or reset it by email from the sign-in page.
